David Davis, MA, BS, RRT, CHT

President and CEO

David is the founder, President and CEO of Shared Health Services. During his 40+ years of healthcare and legislative experience he has held various clinical and management positions in hospitals, home medical equipment companies and the Joint Commission. David also served as a Member of the Tennessee House of Representatives and as a Member of Congress in the United States House of Representatives. He earned his BS in Organizational Management from Milligan College and his MA in Healthcare Leadership from Concordia University Chicago. He is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist. He founded Shared Health Services in 1996.

Dr. Mike White, MD, MMM, CWS

Dr. Mike White, MD, MMM, CWS

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. White is the Chief Medical Officer of Shared Health Services. He has over 20 years of medical and healthcare leadership experience. He received his Doctorate of Medicine from Marshall University and completed his Family Practice Residency at Florida Hospital in Orlando, Florida. He went on to obtain his Masters of Medical Management from Tulane University in 2009. He is boarded in family medicine, undersea and hyperbaric medicine, and is a certified wound specialist. He frequently lectures on the subjects of wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy throughout the United States as a faculty member with Wound Care Education Partners.

Vice-President of Clinical Services

Jim is the Vice-President of Clinical Services of Shared Health Services. He has a wealth of clinical knowledge in wound care and hyperbaric medicine. After retiring from the United States Navy as a Master Chief and Saturation Diving Supervisor, he continued his education, training and career in the field of nursing, wound care and hyperbaric medicine. He earned his BSN from the Medical University of South Carolina. During his 20+ years in the wound care field he has served in several prestigious leadership roles and obtained multiple awards. For instance, Jim has served as the past president of the Baromedical Nurses Association and he is a Fellow of the College of Certified Wound Specialists, a Diplomate of the American Board of Wound Management and a Diplomate of the American Professional Wound Care Association. Jim has provided clinical guidance, quality education, and healthcare leadership to over 500 Wound Care Centers nationally throughout his career.

Vice-President of Clinical Services

Nancy serves as the Chief Compliance and Training Officer for Shared Health Services. She brings 20+ years of proven nursing and wound care expertise to her role. She earned her BSN from Adelphi University. Nancy has held numerous wound care positions throughout her career ranging from in-patient to out-patient wound care, wound care program manager, regional director of clinical operations to the national director of clinical support for development at a large wound care company. She is also a well-known legal nurse consultant. Moreover, Nancy has served in several prestigious leadership roles and obtained several awards including past president of the Baromedical Nurses Association and she is a Diplomate of the American Board of Wound Management, a Diplomate of the American Professional Wound Care Association, and a Board member of the Southeast Region Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurses Association.

Executive Vice-President

Dan serves as the Executive Vice-President of Shared Health Services bringing a wealth of wound care and business experience to his role. After a career in the United States Navy as a Saturation Diving Supervisor and instructor he transitioned into the management of outpatient wound care and hyperbaric medicine programs. Dan has 20+ years of experience developing and managing wound care and hyperbaric medicine programs across the US. He has managed all aspects of contract negotiation and renewal, program development, revenue cycle management, marketing, personnel recruitment, and operations. Dan has a BBA from Saint Leo University and an MBA from Troy University.

Senior Vice-President

Mark, a trained Wound Care Market Specialist, serves as the Senior Vice-President of Shared Health Services. He brings a breadth of business and management experience and knowledge to his role. He earned his BS in Organizational Management from Milligan College. During much of his career he owned his own business contracting with the federal government through the General Services Administration (GSA). In addition to his business acumen he is a licensed contractor and certified energy manager.
